📘 Short Description

The Project Planning and Monitoring course is taught by Elshad Huseynli. The training lasts 16 days (32 hours) and concludes with an exam for the Oracle Gold Partner certification, which is awarded upon successful completion.
During the training, a real project is taken and step by step all learned concepts are applied, resulting in the development of a complete project plan. The course uses Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel software.
